Adabo in banana leaves and baked to perfection. This

(fresh tomatillos, avocado, chiles and special Puerto
Vallarta spices).
Brocheta Mixta -
Tender flap meat and butterfly garlic shrimp, onions
and green peppers. This dish served with rice and
beans.
Lomo Asado Mixta -
Top Sirloin Steak flame broiled with tomatoes, onions,

Pierna de Puerco –
A delicious dish from the port of Acapulco. Very lean Pork leg marinated in a blend of spices, cooked on the grill then served on a bed of grilled onions, fresh jalapeno and Mexican potatoes. Comes with rice, whole beans, guacamole, sour cream and tortillas.
