HOURS OF OPERATION? Lunch: Monday - Sunday 11 am - 3 pm Dinner: Monday - Thursday & Sunday 3 pm - 10:30 pm Friday & Saturday 3 pm - 11 p.m. DO YOU ACCEPT RESERVATIONS? We accept reservations from Sunday through Thursday at all our restaurants. On Friday and Saturday, we offer "call ahead" seating only. Call the restaurant of your choice, and if a table is available we will hold it for you. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, but do not accept personal checks. DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES? Yes we do, in any amount that you would like. Our dress code is casual, but we ask that your attire shows respect for fellow diners. No shirt. No shoes. No service. DOES PUERTO VALLARTA HAVE HAPPY HOUR? Yes. Happy Hours are 3 - 6 pm on weekdays. We boast a large variety of tequila varieties, frozen drinks and "the best margaritas in town." (We hear this from patrons even before they drink them!) We also have live Mariachi's on Sundays from 5-8 p.m. which really adds to the fun. CAN I BRING MY OWN WINE? Absolutely. We encourage you to bring a wine of your choice. However, under state law no previously opened bottles can be brought into the restaurant. Wine must be corked when you arrive. Our corkage charge is $5. Summer Promotion 2010! On Monday nights we offer "Monday's Uncorked," and there is no corkage fee. CAN I BRING MY OWN BEER OR OTHER LIQUOR? State law prohibits us from allowing customers to bring beer and other liquor into the restaurant. ARE YOU HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE? Yes. All of our restaurant locations are accessible for people with disabilities. WHERE CAN GUESTS PARK? You'll find ample parking at any of our Puerto Vallarta locations. DO YOU HAVE LUNCH SPECIALS? Yes, Lunch Specials are served daily from 11am - 3pm. Dinner Specials are served daily, too! WHAT'S ON THE MENU FOR CHILDREN? Children 12 years of age and under we offer a children's menu that is simple, delicious, and nutritious with portions sized for children. We also provide highchairs or booster seats for infants and toddlers, but we leave child care up to their parents and guardians! DO YOU HOST FUND RAISERS? Giving back to the communities where we live and work is important to us. And we make it easy for you, too. Call us to arrange a date and time, then invite the friends, family and members of your nonprofit group or association to dine with us on that day. They can eat, drink and enjoy getting together or networking, and we donate 20% of the proceeds back to your organization. Proof of your nonprofit status (a copy of your status letter and Tax ID number) is required when you make your reservation. DO YOU OFFER A ROOM AND MENU FOR GROUP FUNCTIONS? We have ideal rooms for events in two of our locations-Newington and Avon. These restaurants have private rooms that can accommodate groups of up to 100. We can also host small groups in our Southington and Middletown restaurants. Contact us to get a better idea of our offerings. CAN GUESTS BRING THEIR OWN CAKE FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION? Of course! Guests can also bring their own cake, but there is a plating fee of $2 per person. We will also provide a cake if you give us 24-hour advance notice. DO YOU OFFER CARRYOUT? IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? A CARRYOUT FEE? Yes, we offer carryout, and there is no minimum order or carryout fee. DOES PUERTO VALLARTA SERVE HAND-MADE TORTILLAS? Yes! Each day we make our own dough, roll it by hand and then press each tortilla fresh for every order right before your eyes. It's part of the atmosphere and fun of dining at Puerto Vallarta Our famous guacamole and salsa recipes are also made from scratch at your tableside. WHAT VEGETARIAN DISHES DO YOU OFFER? Our fresh-pressed tortillas, rice, beans, grilled veggies and all homemade salsas are vegetarian. But see for yourself by viewing our full menu. WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR MY SPECIAL DIET? We realize that some of our guests are health conscious or have special dietary needs. We try to accommodate special requests, based upon the ingredients that are available in-house at that time and upon our professional culinary standards. We can also recommend specific dishes if you let us know if you have allergies to certain foods such as peanuts, gluten (wheat products), or others. WHAT ABOUT LARGE PARTIES? Our Newington and Avon restaurants have private rooms that work well to accommodate groups of upto 100.
